Wasps and Yellowjackets

About Wasps and Yellowjackets

There are many different species of wasps in Utah. The most common ones I see are paper wasps. Paper wasps can bite but they will usually resort to stinging. OUCH! While honey bees can only sting once, wasps will strike as many times as it takes to ward off intruders. If you were stung multiple times, the excess venom could cause you to feel nauseous, dizzy, lose consciousness, or have seizures. In addition, you may have a more severe or life-threatening reaction if allergic to wasp venom.

Wasp and Yellowjacket Control

Here at Primo Pest Solutions we have seen it all with these territorial tormentors. There are types of wasps that live in the ground, up high, and some will make mud nests against the structure of your home. We hunt these insects down and are experts at removing the Wasp Nests. We apply a residual where they were nesting so that they do not come back!
